Deliverable: Developed customized CRM application. The client had 400 employees and 100,000 contacts. Client’s existing commercial CRM application no longer scaled to the needs of the growing business and lacked remote access capabilities.
LisleTech engaged client by first reviewing key customer-facing business processes through first-hand due diligence and interviews with key employees and managers of each of the divisions. Importantly, each division had unique and sometimes conflicting CRM needs. Some divisions dealt only with commercial accounts (companies employing individuals) and other divisions dealt with only retail accounts (individuals).
LisleTech researched and recommended an open-source CRM solution platform, customized the platform by implementing functionality designed for the client’s exact customer-facing business processes, and ported the new application to the client’s database. Lisle Tech then customized reporting, migrated data from the existing CRM system, and integrated with other key internal systems.
