Tour de Force is priced using three components; the server license, user licenses and optional modules.
Optional modules can be purchased on a per-user basis OR on an Enterprise basis. When optional modules are purchased on an Enterprise basis, each Tour de Force user may be given rights to the module. When optional modules are purchased on a per-user basis, only specified users, up to the quantity of user licenses purchased for the module, may be given access rights to the module.
The purchase of User Licenses for any optional module will be applied to the purchase of the Enterprise License of the module at the time of upgrade.
For existing pre v3.0 users who are running on the Lite10 Server, an $1,800 server upgrade must be purchased before additional user licenses can be purchased.
Technical support for Tour de Force is provided through an annual Maintenance Plan.
