Zoho CRM Outlook Edition
The Zoho CRM Outlook edition enhances the productivity of the users while working with CRM software and Microsoft Outlook by reducing duplicate work in updating contacts and email messages. The Outlook edition can be installed on user's MS Outlook software as a plugin, which can be used to synchronize contacts between Microsoft Outlook and Zoho CRM and capture customer specific e-mails in Zoho CRM as a Case.
