Configurable By Item Type
Aplicor allows users to selectively define exactly which accounts, contacts, calendar items or tasks should be integrated and synchronized. For instance, you can direct only certain item types or folders to be synchronized. Each user can individually configure their synchronization solution to map their data between Aplicor and Outlook in the manner they desire. Aplicor supports the complex Outlook environments used by the most sophisticated Outlook users including multiple email folders, multiple calendars and multiple task lists. Each folder can be independently mapped to its desired synchronization destination.
Non-Evasive Approach
From a technology perspective, Aplicor’s Outlook synchronization solution is consistent with the technical philosophy of the product and does not require a client side executable component. Nor does Aplicor modify the users' Outlook program in any manner. This significantly reduces user trouble-shooting and ongoing software maintenance costs. Aplicor also includes drag and drop ‘contact clean up’ capabilities. This allows you to easily clear synchronization conflicts or reorganize your contact database. Company names that have been misspelled or accidentally included with different variations on the name, can be reorganized and merged with the simple drag and drop functionality. With direct support for both B2B contacts (contacts within accounts) and B2C (contacts as accounts) Aplicor represents the leading edge in fully synchronized Outlook integration.
