The Project Office facilitates a dispersed project team charged with operating in unison from multiple locations or in different time zones. We have found that using a tool which accommodates Internet access from any location and shares a single centralized information repository is a great facilitation resource in keeping everybody on the same page at the same time.

Supporting Decentralized and Extended Project Teams
Because the Project Office is a secured Extranet, you can provide access to people outside of your organization or immediate project team, such as your client's personnel or independent consultants, and grant them just the permissions you desire.

The Project Office maintains an executive dashboard for all projects, select projects or individual projects. A project manager or participant may then drill-down to view each project's work plans, project teams, schedules, news and updates, events, forums, document library, issue tracker and much more.
