StayinFront Analytics is a powerful data analysis and decision support tool specifically designed for non-technical users. StayinFront Analytics can be delivered as a Windows® application or through a browser, via the web. Through the use of intuitive Drag, Drop and Drill technology, Stayinfront Analytics can be used to quickly and easily analyze sales, marketing and financial information from any database.
Although StayinFront Analytics can be used as a standalone application, it is most valuable when integrated with StayinFront CRM, taking full advantage of critical customer information.

Views
The StayinFront CRM user interface is oriented around user-configurable ‘views’ which provide access to parts of the CRM system. Views are accessible through shortcuts on the view bar. In StayinFront CRM, analytic views are accessible from the view bar alongside other CRM views. Users can organize their view bar around common sets of tasks.

User-Friendly Dashboards
Dashboards in StayinFront CRM can combine navigation elements, such as calendar summaries and tasks lists, with informational elements like messages. StayinFront Analytics views can be embedded and used interactively inside the dashboard alongside these elements.

Forms
StayinFront Analytics views that are related to a particular entity (such as a Person or Organization) are automatically made available when viewing a form for that entity.

Workflow
Exceptions identified in StayinFront Analytics can be used to start CRM workflows via hyperlinks. An example would be a StayinFront Analytics view highlighting a customer whose activity is in decline. A click of a hyperlink would start a multi-stage workflow process designed to reverse the customer’s decline.
Guided Analytics
Advanced users can pre-configure analytical views for users with less experience. Navigation paths through the data can be pre-configured to allow less capable users to explore exceptions and investigate results.

The powerful graphing engine built into StayinFront Analytics provides precise formatting of a wide range of graph types. Graphs are drawn using sophisticated layout algorithms and advanced rendering technology to ensure that they are well proportioned and have a smooth and attractive appearance.

The ‘results grid’ provides complete control over formatting of numbers, alignment, fonts, borders and backgrounds. Named styling rules are applied to ensure that styling is consistent even if the data changes.

Scalable
StayinFront CRM incorporates technology that ensures large queries performed by StayinFront Analytics return results in an instant. The StayinFront Application Engine creates, manages and maintains ’data marts’ using Microsoft Analysis Services. High level queries which would require a large amount of processing are directed to a data mart. More specific queries can be run against the main database.

StayinFront CRM has proven data marts in Microsoft Analysis Services to be manageable and provide high levels of performance with hundreds of millions of rows of data, allowing a data mart to contain a complete representation of areas of the CRM database.
Remote Deployment & Management
StayinFront CRM is easy to deploy and manage in an environment with remote users who need to synchronize their data. Analytics data is scoped and replicated at the same time as CRM data. StayinFront Synchronization includes built-in features for installing and managing data marts on remotes.
WAN/Web Deployment
StayinFront CRM deploys in a WAN/Web environment as part of the StayinFront CRM application shell using ‘ClickOnce’ deployment. ClickOnce allows StayinFront CRM to be deployed to connected users, with no installation, using a single hyperlink.
All communications between client and server are HTTP based; meaning StayinFront CRM and StayinFront Analytics will operate across any network environment that supports Web browsing.
