In Tour de Force, a Contact typically represents an individual person in a company or business that purchases product or services from an organization. Contacts can also be other people who have an influence in the sales cycle.
Contacts may be employees of a company, an outside consultant, a lawyer, a VAR, an accountant, or a technician.
