Products Overview
SoftVu’s marketing automatioin platform allow businesses to create, manage, distribute and track online sales and marketing communications programs. These programs are delivered through SoftVu’s marketing automation platform Relay.
SoftVu’s products are used by organizations to deliver programs for lead generation, lead nurturing, sales follow-up, client retention and loyalty programs.
SoftVu offers its product platform through an ASP (application service provider) model. SoftVu also provides additional products through optional modules which enable our clients to deploy campaigns for video messaging, online surveys, invitations, e-greeting cards or combinations of these forms of content.
SoftVu’s platform can be integrated with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and LMS (Learning Management System) and is commonly used as the library of content and distribution engine residing behind these systems. Examples of integrated solutions include: automated responses to internet leads; triggered communications; campaign management and execution; and seasonal touchpoints.
SoftVu’s proprietary marketing automation software allows businesses to focus on leads when they’re ready to buy instead of wasting time prospecting cold leads. View notifications sent to phone or email inboxes alert them when leads view their messages, so SoftVu clients can connect with leads in live conversations within minutes.
Like other email marketing software, Relay can create, send, and track targeted email campaigns to their opt-in recipients. But what sets Relay apart is its unique capabilities around automated message creation, deployment, and tracking.
